Brecon Dial-A-Ride Charity Shop
A mini department store in Brecon Town
The Dial-A-Ride Charity shop is on the corner of Castle Street and The Struet in Brecon.
Run by a wonderful team of volunteers, the shop is open Tuesday to Saturday 10 till 4.30. It's an Aladdin's cave with areas including ladies clothing, bags and shoes, a gents area, children's wear and toys, a library selling all sorts of books, cd's and dvd's, linen and bedding and small PAT tested electricals.

Since our arrival on the High Street in 2019, our shop has been generously supported by the local community with donations to fill the shop and the purchase of pre-loved items. All money raised through the shop supports the Wheelchair accessible transport service we operate and has so far helped to purchase 2 minibuses.

The shop is a busy place, donations come in most days and these need to be sorted, steamed, priced etc. The windows need dressing regularly, the till needs to be manned, there is always plenty to do.
